Introducing VCES a.s. and its PREFA Division

VCES a.s. provides general contractor's services ranging from designing and drafting a project to executing construction works. The company focuses mainly on building construction (commercial and residential projects, social and hospital buildings, industrial and reconstruction projects), water-management and hydraulic engineering works, environmental and civil engineering projects as well as transport construction works. In terms of its share of the construction market, VCES a.s. ranges among the top ten building contractors in the Czech Republic.

As an integral part of the VCES Group, PREFA Division offers a comprehensive range of precasting services ranging from design works, through production and delivery of precast elements, to assembly of complete skeletal framed precast concrete structures. Our services are available throughout the entire Czech Republic and we also operate in neighbouring countries such as Slovakia or Poland.

VCES a.s., a company with a registered capital of CZK 250 million, has a considerable construction workforce, enhanced by an advanced manpower management. VCES a.s. implements important public projects as well as large-scale construction developments for private clients.

Since mid-2006 VCES a.s. has been a subsidiary of the second largest construction company in the world - Bouygues Construction.
